Shamanic journeys are an amazing way to connect with your spirit and work with your unconscious at the same time. Taking a Shamanic journey is similar to entering the dream world.  It allows the opportunity to consciously experience what is held in your unconscious mind, make internal shifts and have revelations from your soul.  

Aligning with the Elements is a series of guided Shamanic journeys to help you tap into the wealth of wisdom within you. You'll connect with the transformative and healing power of Nature, develop greater rapport with your unconscious, and connect with your higher spirit. You'll have greater access to your inspiration. 

The journey process is easy to do. Simply set aside some private time to take your journey. If you have a specific intent, you can find answers, insight and guidance. You can experience profound healing, and receive clarity.  

Journeys are very much like being in a dream; they can be rich in visuals, sounds, smells, emotions, feelings and body sensations, or knowings. Or all of them!  I recommend that you record your journey immediately upon returning. You can add to the depth of your understanding by contemplating your experience and interpreting any major symbols shown to you.

In this series of inner exploration, you will be able to:

This course consists of an Invocation that creates sacred space for your experience and seven guided experiential journeys to help you discover your own inner wisdom.  This program consists of:

• Invocation: The invocation was crafted with the help of Spirit as an overseeing influence for the series.  This audio can be used as a short centering meditation or as an opening to set the tone and clear the energetic space in preparation before taking any of the journeys.
• Journey to Your Heart Temple: In the first journey, you will travel deep within yourself to find your personal sanctuary, a space where you feel peaceful, comfortable and safe. In the midst of your sanctuary, you will find your heart temple, a place that is sacred to your inner being.  You can use this audio on its own at any time you need to unwind and connect with a peaceful, serene feeling.   
• Meet Your Journey Guide: In this journey, you will return to your Heart Temple to meet your journey guide. This guide is a master teacher, a wise being who can offer you considerable insight and wisdom.  The more you journey with your guide, the closer your relationship will become.  You can ask for information or guidance about any aspect of your journey experience or your life.
• Journey to the Air Kingdom: The Air element rules the mental plane, awareness, wisdom, thoughts and communication. Take this journey any time you seek clarity, wisdom, or mental balance about something specific in your life, when you want to ‘lighten up,’ or explore any aspect of the air element.  
• Journey to the Water Kingdom: The Water element rules emotions, intuition, dreams and fantasies, and is the domain of the subconscious. Take this journey to explore your unconscious mind and the hidden aspects within you, your emotional world, your dreams or intuition.
• Journey to the Fire Kingdom: The nature of Fire is spiritual and transformative.  It rules the action part of creation and is associated with willpower, personal power, passion and creativity.  You may use this journey to inspire your creativity, to increase energy or motivation, for transformation, or simply for the adventure of exploring the Fire Kingdom.  In this journey, you will also have the opportunity to offer something you wish to be transformed to feed the flames. This can be a characteristic of your Self that no longer serves you—unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs or patterns, or an aspect of your life you wish to transform.
• Journey to the Earth Kingdom: The Earth element rules the physical plane and is considered the mother of all life on this planet. Its characteristics include support, strength, stability, reliability, thriving and three dimensional reality.  Take this journey to deepen your connection with the earth, to become more grounded and centered, more organized and constructive, or to assist you in grounding and realizing your goals.
• Journey to the Ethers: Ether is also known as Akasha or the Spiritual Void.  It is timeless and space less, and is the domain of knowledge, unlimited potential and possibility. Use this journey to connect with its high spiritual vibration, when you have specific questions or seek knowledge from a higher perspective.     

Each journey can be taken over and over again, helping you to work through real life issues or receive guidance and understanding for personal development or spiritual growth.  Choose to journey for self exploration, clarity and awareness (which leads to transformation)… or for relaxation or just for fun. 

I use these journeys myself – to find insight, inspiration and healing.  The water kingdom showed me who my perfect client was, and the fire kingdom helped me heal when I lost someone near and dear to me.
